HOW TO USE OUR SHOPPING CART

We have recently updated our website and upgraded our online ordering system. Online customers can now buy online through the following product categories:

* Cooked Pet Food * Raw Meats * Dry Pet Food
* Animal Health (including vetinary products)


Our new online shop will allow all our regular online customers to order quickly and conveniently.

How To Order
1. Enter the quantity you wish to order. Please note you may enter quantities for more than one product at a time.

2. Click the Buy Now button. All orders are to be paid by cash on delivery.

3. You will be presented to a confirmation screen. If you need to change the quantity ordered, you may do so here. Change the value in the quantity box and press Recalculate. The new online ordering system shows the order subtotal and Total order value. If you have any special instructions for the staff, please type this on this page.

4. Once you have finalised your order, press the Payment Centre button. Here you will be asked to type in your purchase and delivery details. If you are a regular customer, please remember to check the box where it says Store your details for future purchases. Your details will be remembered on subsequent orders.

5. Press Continue. You will be presented with a final confirmation of your order.

6. Press continue again.

7. Success! Your order has been entered into the system. You will be allocated an order number and be sent a confirmation email. If you are ordering for the first time, a member of staff will contact you via phone to confirm the order. If you cannot be present for the pickup of your order, please ensure you have made provisions for it to be picked up.
